Lovely doll!! She does look quite old. Can you please photograph the back of her neck or back or butt (she should have markings on her). She reminds me of a German doll I just studied, but the ones I know have markings on them, even if faint.
Also can you confirm what her body is stuffed with...does it feel like cotton or sawdust or pellets?

Let me know if you find a mark. She is fascinating and I still haven't located any more info. She has the hallmarks of an older dolly. Very unique face and hair!
You need to look for identifying markings on the back of the neck or bottoms of the feet
