If this table were Mersman it would state so on the bottom of the table. They stamped all their tables with their name on it. I do not see any other marking on the table except the A that you have shown in your picture. I know hat Mersman did not put this on the legs of their tables. I can not find other information on the table but there is a few that are look a likes that I see online. I would advise you to show this table to an antique or vintage furniture shop in your area. They should be able to identify this table for you.
It looks like a Mersman , here is a similar one. You could always take your pictures to a professional to be sure.
