I am trying to identify this doll. It was my grandmother's doll as a child, maybe late 1800s early 1900s.

What a great find!! Is she a full doll...meaning does she have legs and a body? If she does not, I am thinking she is what is called (I think this is official--I am still learning about the really old dolls) a half doll and they were used in the late 1920s and early 1930s as lamp shades (I would think this would be a fire hazard, but I guess it was popular, none the less).
If she is a full doll or a half doll, I would take her to a reputable antique dealer and have her checked out.
Doll prices for a true antique (100 years old--which if she is a lamp doll she is not quite 100) or a vintage doll are all over the place and their are so many factors that only someone who can see, touch, and smell her can help you price.
I think she is very lovely and would love to hear what you learn about her!! You could have a nice tidy sum in your hands if she is in good shape.
Thanks for sharing her!
