Can you tell me when this doll was made?

Most likely between 1980 and 2000. Unless she has the date pinpointed on the back of her neck (or it is on the tag or box) it will be impossible to learn the exact year.
This brand was one of the ones that wanted to make their dolls appear timeless so they often did not date them so people would think they were older (and therefore valuable).
How tall is she?
If you are asking because you want to sell her and she is a tall doll--over 18 inches, I would start her at 39.99 and take best offer which can be as low as $10.
If she is under 18 inches, I would start her at 19.99 and take best offer which could be as low as $2.
If you are going to sell her, be sure she is double boxed and packed so she gets there in one piece. These dolls are extremely fragile and sadly if they are not packed right, they end up in a million pieces.
Thanks for asking!!
The company made the bulk of there dolls in the mid to late 80s to around 2000 or so. They are still making dolls today. Normally on the back of the dolls head you can find numbers to identify the doll. In the numbers it tells how many dolls of that lot were made and what your doll number is. A lot of time there is a date at the end of this. If not on the tag they sometimes put a date. You can try looking on the back of the head or on the tag to verify the date of the doll.
