I have searched all over the internet trying to identify this chair and am at a loss. If anyone can provide any information I would greatly appreciate it.

You will have a hard time identifying a piece without identifying markings. You could take it to a dealer as a last resort.
This almost looks like a chair my grandma's neighbor had when I was growing up. It was common back in the early 1970s and I think it has a retrain seat on the chair. The seat gave out in some of the chairs and my dad helped them to redo the seats.
Yeah, it definitely looks 'early American' which was very popular in the early 70s.
This chair is different! I feel like it is a Heinz 57 mix of Mission, Victorian, and Amish styles, which leads me to want to say it is from the 1970s, but the maker is not clear since it doesn't quite fall into any style from any of the big makers during the time.
I am not positive though.
My best suggestion is to take it to vintage dealer and get them to help you identify it. If you are looking to find more to finish a set, you could search using the three terms I shared above. You could add spindles to the search also.
If you are looking to value it, the dealer can let you know what they fetch in your town.
Post back with an update! Thanks for sharing!!
