Identifying an Old Stuffed Horse?

I have an old stuffed horse. I have had him for as long as I can clearly remember. I'm 19 and a half and the only picture I have with it is from when I was either 3 or 5 years old (between 2002 and 2006) and he looks fairly new (still shiny and soft with the soft tail and mane furs). He doesn't have tags anymore and I have been attempting to search all night with my only real hint being the fact that his eyes have eyelids which I only noticed because as a child they would poke me sometimes. I don't expect him to be worth much of anything I would just like to know his brand out of curiosity and possibly know if he is still made or if anyone else has one.

If anyone can help in telling the brand I would be very thankful. The first picture is the only one I have with him and the other is his current state and better photo of just the horse.
