Bought this guy off of eBay (that's where I got these images), and I was wondering if anyone recognized him. I'm wondering who made him and how old he is. I think he's a velveteen rabbit from sometime in the 1900s.
His label says "Made in Japan", and I vaguely think the triangle with "STS" on it is a toy manufacturer. Does anyone know where he's from?

This looks like a toy version of the beloved children's book, "The Velveteen Rabbit" by Margary Williams. It was originally published in 1922 and the cover art resembles your bunny very much. Here's a link to the book with original illustrations on Amazon so you can compare.

Hopefully, someone else can help you pinpoint the manufacturer or date of the toy. Just like in the book, this toy has been well loved so it's possible that it's resale value isn't much.
I believe toys marked 'made in Japan' first started being shipped to US in the 1930's and later were marked 'made in occupied Japan' after the war.
I do not recognize the bunny or the STS brand but he does appear to be similar to the one in Velveteen Rabbit.
You could place his pictures on the plush animal forums and see if someone there can help you.
Maybe other members will be able to supply more information.
If this is made in Japan, it probably was manufactured in the 1960s or later.
I found several stuffed rabbits / bunnies with the same tags with STS within triangle :

None of the owners were able to identify the manufacturer. Manufacturing period presumably 1940s-1950s.
There is the Trade mark / Logo = The letters "STS", but within a diamond. Tahara / Tahara Seisakusho. Japan. dockerills.myshopify.com/
