Your bench is really lovely but you may have to consult an antique/vintage dealer to obtain information.

These dealers study many years and become familiar with the different styles and brands so they can name them without any markings. They can also tell if any alterations have been made.
You could show your photos to any antique shops in your area or you might be able to obtain some information from an on-line appraiser.
