Can someone give me any information on these dolls?

You need to know who made the doll. Undress the doll and look for markings on the back, neck or bottom of feet. Then post the question again.
Since there are literally millions of similar dolls, we will need more information to be able to help.
Judy's suggestion is good.
I see a doll in one of your images still in the box. The box your doll is in has been mass produced and sold to thousands of other people. If you won similar dolls like this one they won't be worth much at all.
Mass produced dolls will sell online for $10 to $25 each. Many of the listings are cancelled because the dolls won't sell. People actually look for dolls from famous doll makers.
When looking at your dolls if you see a number such as 150/5000 this will indicate the doll is mass produced and this the 150th doll made out of a lot of 5000. Therefore, this doll won't be worth much because it has been mass produced.
