We found this Brandt table at a garage sale for $15. It has the label underneath. I haven't found any similar pieces without the drawer.
Please help to identify this table and give a value range.

This table is in horrible condition and the underside of the table has a piece on it that has been added. I do believe the top of this table could be from Brandt but the legs of the table are not. I have seen this piece here on the site before when a person was asking almost the same question as you are asking now. I believe that maybe you have purchased this table from them at their yard sale.
Your table is a bit of a mystery, only because there is no drawer.
The legs have the Brandt label and mark 4056. I am not able to find a picture of a Brandt piece with this number, but this is more because my 1930s-1940s Brandt catalog access has vanished.
The marks look legit--the label is correct and the white stenciling is correct.
I have an old Drum Table (except mine has the drawer) with this exact same construction of the wood piece holding the legs. I know my piece is original as my grandmother purchased it from a nephew's furniture store back in the 1940s-early 1950s.
You could ask a local antique dealer if you have Frankenpiece--I am just not sure.
You could see if the Hagarstown Arts Museum has Brandt catalogues that you can look through:

I have been waiting on a Brandt book from the library for months now. It has been on hold (I am guessing because of COVID).
If it comes in soon, I will see if I can find the piece in there.
$15 for a wood table is a fair price for a piece in this condition (no matter who the maker is).
Are you looking to resell or upcycle it?
Post back what you learn if you contact a local furniture reseller or the museum.
Very curious what they say!
This was a good price for this piece. It could be restored to it's original luster if not by you or professional. There is beauty in the piece. The value could be upward of $200 fully restored. There are others online that have painted a Brandt table to success and selling them.
This is strange as everything about the table does look genuine Brandt but without a drawer? I have not seen an exact table or one with a thick top and no drawer.
Refurbished tables still sell for between $100-$250 if located in an area that still likes this style furniture and table is listed as 'pick up only'.
Lots of sites are good for new sellers:
Varagesale.com, Chairish.com, Ioffer.com, letgo.com, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace.
