This photo of Belle was taken when she was 13. She was a Xoloitzcuintli, also known as a Mexican Hairless. She however, had a beautiful reddish brown coat. We got Belle from our daughter several years ago, she was originally from the Humane Society in Hawaii. Belle loved to take her two daily walks, watch birds, people, and other dogs outside. She also spent a lot of time playing with our cats. When she was younger she was nicknamed Rocket Dog, she could run really fast, a great sprinter. Belle passed this March. We miss her terribly.

Belle was beautiful and, obviously, a great reader! Thanks for sharing.
Losing a furkid is so terribly hard. We never stop missing them. Belle is so adorable in your picture. She'll remain in your heart forever.
