All of the Dollar Tree stores carry 1.00 umbrellas. Usually in black, burgundy, navy and hunter green.

You can get them at dollar stores - maybe try the dollar stores online if you can't find any around you...

Check Overstock.com for bulk umbrellas.
They are out of stock in Dollar stores and Dollar General doesnt sell them in Roseville.
