I am being inherited a very old victorian ish chair. I've been told the chair is over a hundred years old (way before the 1900s) But I would love to know where it was manufactured or if anyone has an idea of what type of chair its called.

If it is over 100 years old, it is considered an antique. Look on the bottom of the chair for a manufacturer mark, which will give you some information as to who made it and when.
For accuracy you would need to have your antique chair professionally evaluated and appraised.
This site may help, but there is a fee. You'll be able to give a detailed description, as well as send a photo of your chair:
Looks Edwardian, though may have been reupholstered. Value (personal research) between $550 and $1500 depending upon region.
I see. I checked the chair top to bottom. There is no carvers marks. No branding or anything. I also realized it has four wheels.
