Can anyone give me any info on this? What it says? Bought this in Portland for a few bucks cuz I liked the colors. Very iridescent. Two of the cranes are a darker color. Came with the box. No chips or cracks. Thanks for any and all help.

Oriental art and vases are one of the most complex. We get a lot of folks asking on this site so I started studying up on it about 6 months ago.
The best resource I know for these type of pieces is a Facebook group called:
Chinese Porcelain - Identification and Valuation
You have to ask to join, you cannot ask values, but they will help you identify the piece as new or old and they translate the stamp for you and explain if the stamp is an "homage" piece--meaning for example, it has an "old stamp" that is used on a new piece because it is an homage piece. The group avoids the term "fake" because the pieces are all real pieces--but they may call it a reproduction piece--reproduced today from very old design.
My guess from my studies and based on the box and the colors and the smooth bottom is this is a newer piece (1980 to today), but I defer to the group because they have and outstanding group of resources!
If you are asking to sell, and they ID it for you, I can help you with the selling part as I have been a reseller for more years than I can count. I can offer tips for pricing and shipping if you need them.
Post back what you learn! Thanks for sharing!
I think you need someone who can translate. Go to a dealer who specializes in Asian ceramic goods.
Sorry, I just found time for your question.
I managed to understand what is written on the mark of your vase. There are four Japanese characters. Remember that the Japanese marks are normally read from right to left and top to bottom. So the two characters on the right means Kutani.
Kutani is a style of Japanese porcelain, traditionally supposed to be from Kutani, now a part of Kaga, Ishikawa, in the former Kaga Province. The word Kutani means Nine Valleys and is the name of an area and a village. The two characters that make up the word Kutani consist of the character for "nine", ku and "valley". Kutani characters are sometimes slightly modified in marks.
This means that you have Kutani Japanese porcelain vase.
Many Kutani made pieces might have just the artist's as a mark, and no location. The second two characters in your mark mean the name of the artist - his name is translated from Japanese as Kasho I found this artist's plate with the same mark, the price is ¥950 (about $ 8.63, postage included) www.mercari.com/
So, you have Kutani Ware Kasho Vase, the price is about $14.
