Sorry, but this doll was probably sold in drug stores and maybe stores like K-Mart and may have been priced at $19.99 or less.
The doll market is flooded with all kinds of dolls and very few, even nicer dolls, are selling for more than $25-$35 and even these may take months/years to sell but most will never sell.
As Judy said, these are mass produced dolls and this brand could be listed for sale at $10 plus shipping and possibly never sell.
Does the box have any more writing on it. The $7.50 price looks like a Dollar General Price (which if it is, they still use this price so she could be new). Without more details on the box or any markings on the actual doll, I can't offer much.
Also, I would need to know what material she is--is she plastic or porcelain?
Perhaps with more info, I can help you narrow down who she is and if she is worth the amount on the price sticker (more or less).
