When my mother passed in 2016. We tried to find the value and more info on this doll. We know it's a Danbury Mint edition, but yet they know nothing of it. Does anyone know anything about this doll? My mother bought her at an estate sale along with 5 other dolls that are Gibson Girl type dolls. She is rather peculiar looking. We have never seen another one like it. Any help would be appreciated.

Danbury Mint dolls were not cheap. People bought them for investment purposes. Unfortunately, they have gone way down in value. If you can sell at all, it will be for a fraction of what you paid for it.
Your picture is not good enough to show her face clearly but I believe you have what is called an 'OOAK' doll meaning her appearance has been changed in one or more ways to make her a 'One of a Kind' doll.
This is not uncommon with all brands of dolls and are listed as such on online sites. Barbie dolls are probably the most popular OOAK dolls and I think that may be because the regular Barbies are almost worthless.
Another member, PGHgirl will know more about her and will correct me if I'm 'off the track'.
