I have a table with a shield logo and the words "Imperial Tables Imperial Furniture Company 1551". Can anyone tell me where I might find any info about this?

Imperial Furniture tables made between 1910 and 1917 were marked with an oval logo. Later on pieces had a shield-shaped logo, so your table was made during the second quarter of the 20th century. You may want to have your table professionally appraised, if you are thinking of selling it.
As an example...ebay has some Imperial Furniture tables that range in price from approximately $100-$1000:

Etsy also has Imperial Furniture tables that range in price from approximately $100-$2000:
Unfortunately, the other members didn't read your question very carefully. They were misled by the mention of a shield logo and did not pay attention to the words that are written: "Imperial Tables Imperial Furniture Company 1551".
1551 is the model number.
I see that other members decided that your table has the famous Imperial's trademark - a triangular shield with a crown on top and with words on it, which appeared around 1927, judging by the information on this site www. furniturecityhistory.org/
Yes, your table is made by the Imperial Furniture Company, for most of its history, Imperials trademark was a triangular shield with a crown on top and words on the shield. The crown and the lettering vary slightly by date.
But carefully read the words written on that triangular shield:
www.furniturecityhistory.org/
It is written Imperial, Grand Rapids, Michigan. There are no such words "Imperial Tables" as mentioned in the question.
Now pay attention to the maker's mark with the year 1910 and what is written on it: www.furniturecityhistory.org/
"Imperial Tables".
This means that your table has a maker's mark, which was used before the well-known triangular shield with the words Imperial, Grand Rapids, Michigan on it.
After some more digging, I found a maker's stamp on a table made by Imperial Tables Grand Rapids Furniture Company, which has the words "Imperial Tables Imperial Furniture Co.", which has a shield logo and model number:

(look at the last photo with a burned in logo)
I found another Imperial furniture Co. Grand Rapids vintage cabinet with the same maker's stamp:

Another table with the same maker's stamp:
Vintage Walnut Library Table by Imperial Furniture Company

"This exceptional antique walnut library table is a stunning example of the elaborate craftsmanship that pervaded American furniture shortly after the turn of the century. The table was constructed by a renowned American firm, Imperial Furniture Company.
So your table was made before 1927, if you have similar stamp I found then your table was made probably during the first quarter of the 20th century.
The vintage Walnut Library Table I found by Imperial Furniture Company is priced at $450.
If you are interested in the price of your table, then add its photos.
I did find this Im unsure if it helps at all www.furniturecityhistory.org/
The Imperial Furniture Company used several different styles of 'shields' that dated their furniture so just saying a 'shield logo' does not help us date your table. Also, numbers are not usually helpful as this company did not provide a list of styles by number so we have no reference to check what/which table you have.
This link provides information about the company and if you check the pictures of the logos you will see the different styles of shields with dates the company used that particular logo.

The following link is a PDF of a catalog that should show your table; just click on the folder and the catalog will appear.

Imperial Furniture has held its value. Keep looking on eBay to see what they are going for.
