I have a MONROE Type: NSSB16 Single Bottom Moldboard Plow (Serial # 1407). I got this information from the ID tag attached to it. I can not find any information online about this plow. I would like to know who manufactured this plow, when and where it was made. I would love to have an operating and parts manual for it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

A moldboard plow cuts soil, lifts it, and turns it at least partly upside down by means of a curved plate. The design has been around since the Han Dynasty! However, the type seems generally to have fallen out of favor because it contributes to erosion of precious farm belt topsoil.
Here is a retail link to your plow (or one very similar) tinyurl.com/
Contacting either of these companies might help you find a manual and/or parts. Good luck!
They sell them today. It turns the soil to aerate it and put the soils with the nutrients on top. www.agrisupply.com/
Maybe I wasn't specific enough. I KNOW WHAT A PLOW DOES, I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS!!! I am looking for info on a specific MONROE plow that was probably made in the 1950's.
Maybe this PDF manual will help give you some information:

I am looking for info on a MONROE plow possibly made in the 1940's, 50's or 60's. Not looking for info on a new plow, but thanks anyways.
I'm not sure the Monroe Company actually manufactured farm equipment but the Monroe Company does sell all types of farming equipment.
You might try looking these up on Google and try contacting them about your Moldboard plow.
The Moroe Farm supply stores are located in several states.

I have had good look taking pictures to my local farm supply stores as they are more familiar with brand names and may be able to answer your questions.
This is also a good site to ask questions as these members are more familiar with this type of equipment.

I sent Monroe Tractor an email. I'll see what they say. Thanks for the lead.
I hope someone can help you with this as I'm also one that likes to know 'who/what/when'.
I really believe you will get more accurate information if you join this site and ask the members for help.
Please - let us know if you obtain answers.
I think "SB16" in "NSSB16" means Single Bottom 16 inch.
Could you please add a photo of the ID tag? Maybe the plow is made by Monroe Tufline Manufacturing Company? monroetufline.com/
There are Monroe and wings on the plate. This is not the Monroe Tractor logo. This Monroe company has a logo with wings: www.monroe.com/
The Monroe Company that you are referring to makes and sells SHOCK ABSORBERS for your car. I sent them an email anyways. They said that if I wanted to put shocks on my plow then they could help me out, otherwise no. But, thanks anyways.
It's very strange, but they had the same logo as on your plate.
