I looked at the items that sold recently on eBay. They vary greatly in price. I would take it to a dealer who could give you a free verbal appraisal. www.ebay.com/.../i.html?_nkw=noritake+vase&LH_Complete...

Send inquiries to the leading china sales and replacements . They can give you a value of your piece and they also purchase to sell. - https://www.replacements.com - and another company , if you download the info , they can give the value- https://www.justanswer.com - This piece is lovely and deserves information from well known Noritake company.

How tall is the piece? I am thinking it is not a vase, but a ginger jar missing the lid. Still trying to confirm that. Hopefully I can find more info for you. Still digging.

The photo with the mark is not very clear. It doesn't look like Chinese or Japanese characters. I think this is France, but you better take a better quality photo.

We can identify the manufacturer only by the mark.

That backstamp seemed to me at first a fleur-de-lis, but I see this is the Noritake mark for U.K., registered in London in 1908.

Your photo with backstamp is not very good, but it seems to me that your stamp is not as thin as the one registered in 1911. Therefore, I think that your vase was made in 1908-1911.
But I have not come across a vase of this period without handles. Therefore, it seems to me that this is not a vase, but a jar. Please indicate the size.
