Any information on my pie safe would be appreciated. It has a dovetail drawer and is mortise and tenon. I think the hives have been replaced. Not sure. Knobs might be bake light.

A dovetail drawer is a sign of quality. If the dovetails are uneven, that means the piece is older, as machinery was not invented then, and it is more valuable. Look for identifying masks underneath, behind and inside the piece.
This truly looks like a collectable piece, with it's no nails/screws construction, and puzzles dove tails. This requires a professional advisement.
