I have searched many times trying to figure out the value or any information on this set. If possible, could you give me some info on it. This is all I have and the numbers on the back of their necks for publication, I assume.

This company sells dolls under the brand names of:
Golden Keepsake
Golden Keepsake Heirloom Dolls
Goldenvale
It is difficult to place a date on production because these companies made their dolls so similar that it's difficult to tell one series from another.
The company mass-produced thousands of dolls and very few are valued higher than $25.
It appears the only dolls that have higher value are the native American dolls and special dolls like the Raggedy Andy set.
This doll appears to be very similar to your doll and is listed for sale on eBay for $28.00. This is a single doll, new, with her box and COA so even this asking price is for a 'better' doll as your doll does not have her box and appears to be 'used'.
You can follow this doll to see if she sells.

Here is a similar set that is listed at $45 but also has free shipping so even at that price the seller may clear less than $20 after paying for shipping and eBay/PayPal fees.
If you're asking about dolls for resale value then I would suggest you try selling at a yard sale or maybe on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace so there would be no shipping involved.
These dolls are mass produced. There are 2500 in this lot alone. If they were never taken out of the box you could get a maximum of $25 per doll. Since yours were taken out of the box, you would get less.
These Golden Keepsakes dolls are mass produced. There are almost 250 dolls for sale just on ebay alone, ranging in price from $8-$200. This doll is fairly similar to the boy doll you have & is listed @ $24:
I found a 16" Golden Keepsakes Heirloom Cowboy "BUCK" doll. It is a limited edition of 2500 (the same as yours dolls), number 0322. It comes complete with its stand and COA in its original box, its face, hands and feet are made of porcelain, it is in new conditions, unused, unopened, undamaged www.ebay.com/
The price is $35.
You have Golden Keepsakes Heirloom Dolls Cowgirl & Cowboy.
Golden Heirloom Dolls are sold in different sizes.
These dolls must have a name written on their Certificate of Authenticity (CoA). I assume that your dolls do not have certificates of authenticity. I also think that your dolls are missing hats. Your dolls are from a limited edition of 2500 dolls.

The Golden Keepsakes Heirloom Dolls Limited Edition have an estimated value on the secondary retail market for an average of $75-90, depending on the condition and where it is for sale at.
These are lovely, and are among many of this brand, and offered for $25 each. The value is lower because of the many dolls that are offered for sale at this time. Many collectors are selling because the need for them are not important to there present life - www.justcollecting.com/
