Did it ever have a tag? If so, where was it located?
If you're only searching to find the value then most likely it will be a waste of your time as very few plush toys are valuable and many have no value - except to the owner.
Take a look at the 'vintage plush dogs listed for sale on just eBay and you see over 7,000 and more added every day. The majority of these will never sell.

Now you can check out eBay's sold listings to see what people are really paying for any of these dogs.

It will be hard to identify without a tag. I have doubts that your dog has any value at all.
Without a tag it's going to be difficult to find out the manufacturer. There are approximately 115K results for plush dogs on ebay, but you can set an alert & a plush pup like yours may turn up:
