Small server, the number on back says 500 SERVER. Any help on this piece of furniture would be great! Thank you!

From photos it looks be a 1920s-1950s Jacobian style server. In some markets they can command $100-$500 on average. That's a wide age range. What kind of construction?
Solid wood & inside of cabinets look like a Beautiful Rosewood or Mahogany wood.
You have a Jacobean style server. Your server is from a Dining Set. Jacobean Dining Sets included a Server, a Buffet, a China cabinet, a Table, Chairs. You can look for other pieces of Jacobean Dining set that have a pattern similar to your server to find more information.
I think you have Jacobean style server 1920s/1930s. I found a 1920s/1930s Jacobean Dining Set with a slightly similar server www.maybeose.top/
I found another 1920s-1930s Jacobean Dining Set www.worthpoint.com/
I see that in the 1920s/1930s, carved pattern on the sides of doors was really popular.
Antique Early 20th Century Jacobean English Revival Oak Buffet Server Sideboard was sold for $880 www.1stdibs.com/
I think the price of your server is lower, about $450

If this is all the information you have, it is an inexpensive piece that was probably sold at a chain furniture store.
It was pulled out of an old farm house when people went to clean place out to demolish home, I will keep looking for any markings but definitely smells old & Ive not seen any wood look as pretty or solid as this on the inside at any chain store.
I found a server with two doors, like yours, which has 150 SERVER on the back of the same font www.ebth.com/
