Anyone knows anything about these boy dolls? They are 7 1/2'' tall. Do you recognize the marks? Origin, value? Elastic band on joints, am I describing them correctly?

These look pretty old, but without a label or marker it is hard to tell what value it is or whatnot. I see a logo but I cannot find what it means, whihc is frustrating because it is a typical doll marking (on the belly) of an older type of doll
