I can't find this piece anywhere and was wondering what it may be worth? And how old it is?

Your picture is not good enough to be able to tell very much about it but it appears to be a Colonial-style hutch. Probably from the '60s.
I have not seen an exact match but the style is listed online so you may be able to find a sold hutch similar to yours. This is probably as close as you'll find.
Here are a couple of similar hutches that may give you some ideas as to how the market works. Please review the pictures so you'll understand the importance of good pictures.
This very nice hutch sold for $1,899.

Generally, the final price will depend on the market in your area as shipping would be very costly for an item like this.
You can check out the for sale listings on eBay to see what other sellers are asking for similar hutches.

When listing an item for sale, always start at a higher price and lower the price if no interest is shown.
Good pictures and a good description are necessary.

I would suggest you take some good pictures and try several free online auction sites.
