It's hard to identify the mark. I would take it to several dealers who specialize in Asian merchandise and see what they think.
Are there any other markings? Any on the bottom of the inside, by chance?
We would need a sharper photo of the bottom and also the size of the vase may help. Also, do you anything about the provenance? Age/where purchased - city, shop/country where purchased
