I have acquired a porcelain doll from my grandmother and there is a hanging tag around her hand that says "Your Gallery Collection Doll from BAND/MBCA". She has hand-painted porcelain face and hands. I have looked this up and can't find anything in all my searches about this manufacturer. Any help would be appreciated.

I looked all over for info., too, but, this is all I was able to come up with. The first one is a doll collectors forum. Maybe someone there will be able to answer your question.
forums.about.com/
The only other site I found was, Ebay. Someone is selling a Band/mbca doll.
Sorry I wasn't much help.
Hi - I find dolls of all sorts and have found the best place to get information is from the Doll discussion board on eBay. There are members who answer questions and they are really good.
Go to the site map at the bottom of your eBay page and look for "Discussion Boards". You may need to give them information on the doll and photographs but you have to do that anywhere you look.
hi again, I meant to tell you there are several dolls by this manufacturer listed on Google and eBay.
just put in: BAND/MBCA Doll
I have some run of the mill porcelain dolls no. Dates or names on them they don't have boxes or origial clothing?? Is there any value to these types of dolls?
