I have an Eclipse Model H Ball Bearing hand reel mower that belonged to my grandpa. I currently use it to mow my yard and want to restore it. The paint that is left on it is silver and green. I'm not sure if these are original paint colors or if he painted it at some point. I would also like to know the year of this model.

I found an entire list of these mowers and some very nice prices on many of them. Of course the ones that are better condition will fetch a higher price. This list also has paperwork on the old models too. Here is the link:
As you can see, there are a range of values and prices off ebay:
also per this link you see that these were post WWII and the original colours were gold and green. The only green portions of it are a 1/2" band across the tops of the blades and the two flat bars that attach the mower assembly to the handle. Everything else is gold.
