I have a quadruple plate piece that is also marked Sterline - not Sterling. What does Sterline mean?

Maybe it means it wears like sterling. It might be their line of heavy silver plate.
Sterline is italan for pounds. It is probably describing the weight of silver plating.
Post back if you learn more.
You can try to search on this website they have some Justis and Armiger silver replacement pieces. From what I see they are mostly for silverware items. www.replacements.com/
Sterline means Sterling in Italian language. For some reason, it seems sterling is printed on your piece in Italian language.
