It is a DeWhurst Master Butcher Cook Truck made by Matchbox International, 1979. Macau base.
I saw one on eBay for $5.25
Actually, most all of the information about the car is on the bottom. Matchbox cars are collectible items but so many are made of the same model that most are many times not worth the original cost - $1-3.00. Some older models may be valuable but these are rare. None of this model have sold on eBay in the past 12 months and similar ones (usually with a box) sold for .99 - 9.00.
