Pretty piece, by a prolific US company/maker. Their numbers are almost impossible to figure out. By looks and style, I would say you have a late 1970s piece, maybe into the 1980s when the company ceased operation. Probably was paired with one of the oversized sectional sofas of that era. It is solid and will last for years. The value in most places is between $50-$150 for resale. Furniture values are regional and can vary widely based on supply and demand and condition. Yours looks very nice! Thanks for sharing!

This is an unusual Mersman octagonal dining table. You should be able to at least get $200 for it.
