How can I remove a Biro ink stain from my suede jacket?

I got a bunch of ink marks from a pen on my good suede coat yesterday and I was so upset. I googled removing ink and found this site and the rubbing alcohol completely erased the ink from my coat. Thank you so much.

I can't see the answer to the Suede jacket problem. I'm guessing it's alcohol. Is it here, am I stupid?

Rubbing alcohol and Q-tip (to be able to rub a bit more briskly than a cotton ball) worked like a charm. (01/27/2009)
