These are a copycat version of the Starbucks version, which are $5 for two. Since I have never had them at Starbucks, I cannot say whether they taste the same, but I can say they are good. You can get a mold like I used, or use silicone baking cups.
I like this recipe because you can use any kind of shredded cheese you want, and can add cooked vegetables. In my version, I added some dried smoked fish bits I had.
This recipe can be doubled if you stack the dishes on top of each other. It keeps in the refrigerator a few days and can be reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds or can be frozen and reheated in the microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
