This is my recipe for an Asian-inspired pork tenderloin that you can make in your Instant Pot. Use the cooked juices to make a nice sauce to drizzle over your dish when you're done. This goes great with rice.

I'm curious as to see why one would cook this in a pressure cooker as opposed to a stovetop pan. Pork tenderloin is naturally tender and cooks quickly so how does it benefit from pressure cooking? A pan also allows one to brown the pork for extra flavor. Doesn't it actually take longer in a pressure cooker? For example, you'll need 5-10 mins for it to reach pressure, then cook 7 mins and then wait 7 more minutes to release.
I use a similar recipe on the stove, except that I add some orange zest and chopped onions. And cook time from start to finish is faster since I don't have to pressurize and depressurize (you forgot to add pressurizing time to the time calculations).
