I am looking for an interior design business name that would reflect old world charm, vintage, circa an era that's from the past. I also wouldn't mind using my name April. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Use a recognizable word like "Antique",'Vintage" "Image" as 1st word. Look up all the companies in the Yellow Pages www.yp.com that are decor/decorators so you don't use their name. See where you'd fit alphabetically. Use a sub-title ..."Making you feel @ home" or some such.
