You would need to have a DNA test to be certain if your pup is pure pit bull. The tests can also offer information on any possible health risks and the tests can be purchased for around $100 from several sites online.

Only a DNA would prove for sure. If I had to guess, I would say yes . Here are others, I think blue is there among them. Getting a DNA will tell so much about your fur baby and also the family bloodline.www.bing.com/.../search?q=pictures+of+purebred+blue...

You Blue looks like a gray Pitbull, but only a DNA test will help in this case.
Your dog has different colored eyes - heterochromia. It is often passed through their genetic makeup. When one eye is an entirely different color from the other one, then it is called heterochromia iridis or complete heterochromiais.

The blue eyeshade of Pitbulls is rare, and they usually change when dogs reach 9 to 12 weeks. Pitbulls with blue eyes are not recognized by any kennel club.

You cannot tell by looks alone. Only a DNA test will give you the results of the full bloodline

It looks like you have a lifelong friend and that's what matters the most.
However, there are good reasons to do a DNA test besides just finding out what mixed breeds the puppy has.

All pets have some types of health issues that you should be aware of; issues that may come up in the future that it helps to be aware of before they happen.
The tests provide a lot of information about your particular dog.

Fact: the most important thing that can be done for this pup is to be sure that he has ALL of his shots/vaccinations on a timely basis as these could save his life.
First-year vet visits are very important.

This pup looks to have enough Blue to probably have some of the same types of problems as a true breed so check some of these links to learn a little more about the breed.
