Does she look full blooded and if so what type does she look like?

Yes, I will even go as far as to say a Apple head Chi.
She looks contented.
Full blooded is a big term and unless you received papers (and paid a lot of money) you probably do not have a 'full' blooded Chi.
I'm leaning toward a Deer Head as the apple breed has a more 'dome' shaped head.
Did you meet the parents when you 'adopted' your dog?
Only a DNA test will tell you for sure. These tests are available online, pet stores and your vet.
Be sure she sees her vet for her first year shots/vaccinations - very important.
You can do some comparisons but still difficult:
It is hard to say if a dog is full blooded or not. Your dog does look like she is a dear head chihuahua and she could be full blooded. You can only know for sure if the person you got the dog from can produce the papers for the parents or the second way is to have a DNA test done which can be costly.
