I brought my dog Lady from a breeder, she is a Chihuahua, but I think she is a mix breed, what does anyone think about this? I have spoken to them and they said to me she is and if I'm not happy then I'm to take matters further.

If you paid a Registered Licenced Breeder you should have been given that animals Pedigree papers irrespective if she was to be shown or pet. The breeder has to have a Prefix that's registered with your States Canine Control Council and all Puppies must be Litter Registered.
You never said how you found this one ask the person who sold you the Puppy for their Kennel Prefix then check them out with the Control Council. "Please" Do not return the Pup to this person to be sold to some-one else "or worse" And don't be intimidated by threats from this person they will not harm you because they are aware they have not been honest with you.
I sincerely hope this helps you with this problem but make sure you "research" people selling animals. I have Bred/Shown/Trialed/ German Shepherds/ all my life. Good luck please keep us all informed.
Sorry it does not look full blooded I raise chihuahuas and that sure doesn't look like it's full blooded at all
From the picture, to be honest, she kind of looks as though she has some Corgie-her head shape at that angle looks a little too broad and big to be Chi, plus her snout looks more Corgi than Chi.
But that may just be the angle of the photo you've posted.
The best way to be sure is to ask a vet who specialises in canine care, as he/she will have focussed training on canines including breed specific characteristics. A general vet whose practices includes a high number of Chi patients would also be able to tell you just by looking at her in person.
You can also make a good guess looking through pics of puppies. Here's a link to a Google images page of Corgi pups, and then a link to a page of Chi puppies:

She sure is a cutie! Please update us when you determine her pedigree. If she was sold to you as a purebred but turns out to be a mix, you might want to consider pursuing some money back, and perhaps a complaint against the breeder-it's highly unethical to sell a mix as a purebreed and the breeder needs to be pulled up on it.
But I will also say that Corgi-Chi mix dogs are absolutely delightful dogs, with the best of both breeds in them-she looks a total little love and will be a bit bigger if she is the mix, but otherwise will make a wonderful addition to your family.
If you have to follow up with the breeder and any authorities, be sure everyone knows you want to keep her (if you do). Some breeders will take a puppy back and resell, others will 'dispose' of a returned pup. If she turns out to be a mix you don't want, please find a breed rescue group to save her.
I am like the other person who answered you. But you have a beautiful baby there and I pray you keep. I would however let the seller know that you were lied too and go further with it.
frugalsunnie said it all right. I would only add that breeders for the most part are in for the money, not the love of the dog. When you volunteer with animal groups, the work is often the surprise visit to gather animals from breeders. The conditions can be sickening.
I think your adorable pup looks like a Corgi rather than a Chihuahua.
The best way to learn about the true lineage of your dog is through a blood test. These are much more accurate than cheek swabs.
My vet explained that cheek swabs also include any bacteria and stuff in your dog's mouth, making them less 'clean' so to speak.
That being said, this question was asked a long time ago, and technology has moved on. So you certainly can learn a ton about your pooch through cheek swab tests that you can buy online.

I have had four chihuahuas in my life and from the picture that you have, I would say that your dog is a mixed chihuahua.
