This is my pup. He is a little over 4 months old. Sometimes I look at him and can't say for sure if he is a pure bred. Does he look like a pure GSD to you guys? The previous owners said his dad is black/tan GSD and mom is white GSD.

Depends on what you mean by "pure bred". Is your dog registered with the American Kennel Club? Are the parents registered? The article below by Akron German Shepherd Examiner Valerie Miller explains what pure bred means:

Looks like a German Shepherd to me. Is your plan to use him for breeding, if not get him neutered.
I'm not really to crazy on dogs, just got him from a friend. Let's change the question to does he look like a GSD or does he looked mixed with some other dog like a husky
Go to your Vet and have a genetic test done. It will tell you exactly what breed/breeds he is.
Your dog does look like it is a long hair full GSD and they are beautiful. I owned a GSD short hair blk/tan and the GSD is very intelligent.
White is NOT a standard color for German shepards.
