Is my 2 month old puppy a purebred American Staffordshire Terrier? Also I see his front legs are having an ankle, is this normal?

He looks like he has a lot of pitbull in him
He looks to me to be at least 75% pitty. I would have a Veterinarian check his front legs. They can get arthritis if they do not straighten out on their own.
