It is very difficult to tell at a young age and even more difficult to tell (for sure) by a picture but there is definitely a major resemblance to a blue.
DNA tests are very popular now as they give the true mix even if you are just curious or need to know for breeding purposes. DNA test kits cost $50-200 dollars and can be bought from many pet stores, on-line or from your vet.
If you will be taking your dog to see the vet any time soon, you could ask them about the breeding and also about a DNA test. Usually, DNA test from the vet may be expensive.

She does look purebred. Only a DNA test will tell for sure
It's definitely at least part.. Very hard to say from this photo. I'm leaning towards a bit of a mix. I'd get an at-home DNA test if you're super curious.
It is a cute dog and part of it is Pit Bull for sure. However, until the dog is older it is hard to tell. If you want to know if the dog is full blooded Pit Bull do a home DNA test or ask your vet to do one for you.
He does not look pure bread he seems mixed.
