To tell you the truth it is so hard to say one way or the other if a dog is full-blooded or not. When you got the dog what did the owner tell you? Did they show you papers for the mom and dad? From what I see here the dog looks like a full-blooded pit.

If you are worried and want to know for sure it is possible you order an online DNA test and take one for your dog. I do not think it is necessary from the photo you have here but just in case it is an option you can do if you want to be 100% sure.
