My male Pit Bull is 4 months old. His ears are standing, like literally standing and his tail isn't straight. The second pic is from when he was 1 month and 15 days old.

It looks like a purebred. Without papers, the only way to be sure is with a DNA test.
Before purchasing him I took him to a doc n the doc told that he is a pitbull .but now.he doesn't look like one cuz his ears stand. And his tail is round
It's extremely hard to tell from these angles. Look for a very wide chest and short legs. They also have very wide heads when full grown.
And what about his ears they stand
from here he looks legit but as they say the pics make it hard to see.
