A DNA test is the only positive way to tell but tests are expensive -$65 and UP but your pup will need shots VERY soon so you can ask your vet as he can probably give you some free info as to breed.

You can take your dog to an AKC (American Kennel Club) meeting and they can help you out, but a DNA test is the only way to know for sure. Purebred dogs usually come with papers.
Very much looks like one but at this age it's hard to tell. I think also the official pit bull does not recognize Merle, or 2 color
