No worries , this is not a bed bug. After blowing up your pictures, this insect is from the Beetle family. Science name - Stegobium Paniceum- also known as the Bread Beetle, or Biscuit Beetle. It's a tiny brown Beetle that loves infesting on a wide variety of dried plant products.
Your pictures are really too far from your bug to properly identify them but since there does not seem to be any blood around and you did not say they were biting anyone, then you can definitely rule out bedbugs.
You can look at this site (it has bug pictures) to see if your bug matches one of these.

You can always send pictures and questions to your County Extension Agency as this is part of their job - helping identify bugs and provide information on how to remove them.
This looks like a hard-shelled beetle to me
