Unsure if this is an original or reproduction. It is very beautiful wood. Any ideas or information? Time period, country of production, etc. Thank you!

I have some information about your chair but as to value, I'm not sure anyone can provide that as long as it is in this condition.
It is a reproduction but made by a company that makes reproductions so, if it were in good condition, it appears the value could be several hundred dollars.
Chair is Victorian style and was made by Kimball Furniture Reproductions, Inc.
This is a division of Kimball International.
Probably made in 1996-1997.
These were usually sold in pairs: A gentleman's chair and a lady's chair.
You have the lady's chair.
This site shows the value in 2014 for three pieces:
"The estimated retail value of your three pieces Kimball Victorian reproduction furniture, dating ca1990s, has an estimated retail value of $1400-1800 in an upscale venue.
Online auctions like eBay generally bring wholesale selling prices (30%-50% of retail). Sales in the eBay Buy It Now format are closer to retail."

If you have a professional remake your chair in the original style of upholstery, you could ask several of these sites for a free appraisal.

Look for a manufacturer mark on the bottom of the chair or under the material. If you can't find it, consult a dealer, who can tell you if it is antique or a reproduction.
This antique parlor chair appears to be similar to your chair:

Kimball Victorian Reproductions Sofa and Two Chairs - $1900.00
It looks antique, with antique webbing, jute and coir. I found a very similar antique chair, with similar carved roses and similar springs:
I think you have Victorian carved Ladies Armchair.

But it is quite difficult to identify from the photos whether this is really an antique chair.
Christie's auction house says that horsehair was used inside antique chair upholstery up until the 19th century. Later pieces may be filled with a combination of horsehair, hay and cotton. Armchairs made after 1830 often have coiled springs, a filling using available substances such as feathers, and webbing or padding beneath the fabric. In the 20th century, synthetic foams replaced the more natural stuffing in many chairs.www.christies.com/
