The dog does look purebred. You could always do a DNA test to be sure.
What a sweet little face!!! It is hard to tell when he is this little. A vet may be able to tell you more. To me the snout has a little bit of a hound shape to it.

I agree with Judy. It looks like a purebred Pit. The visual appearance of a puppy changes as it matures so some characteristics of another breed could be evident later on. I sort of doubt any signs of another breed will show up with this puppy but that's just my opinion and I am not an expert.
I would say he is purebred, but it will be easier to tell when he is 6 months or so.
