Is this a real Giuseppe Armani? I have looked but I can't find this specific figure.

I believe it is and I believe it is this piece with the "F" finish. I am attaching a link for someone (not me) selling it on eBay. I have also a link for the finish types.
If it sells, that will be the approximate market value. I have not seen one sell that high in ages, but one can hope!! If you had the box and all of the original paperwork, it would be helpful, but since you most likely don't, since you are asking about it, that will devalue slightly.

It looks real from the picture, but you cant tell the weight and materials used from a photo. I would take it to a dealer if I were you.
To confirm it is an Armani statue and not a "like" Armani piece, check there is no substitute for the Armani name on the base. Your photo is not of very good quality, but it seems to be written by G. Armani.
Aside from the trademark, some Armani figures are personally signed by Giuseppe Armani. These are the Giuseppe Armani signatures: A: G.A., g. Armani, Giuseppe Armani. Your figurine has this signature g. Armani.
I didn't notice the capodimonte crown n mark in your photos, but the photos show only 3 sides, maybe it's on the fourth side.
I see that your figurine has a square base. I found a figurine with the same square base, with a different finish www.worthpoint.com/
Sellers name such figurines differently:
Is the original box available? Many are not, but the more parts you have of the original sale the more valuable your piece.
When trying to confirm an authentic Armani figurine, compare the name on the box and the sculpture. Authentic works of art provide a description on the box while the figurine itself displays its true name. When the name on the box does not match with the name of the figurine, you probably have the correct box. The name on the box is a description of the figurine and the name in the catalog is the name of the figurine.
I found Giuseppe Armani Capodimonte OWL & Owlet Figurine Florence Italy Signed 1973 with square wooden base, but with a different finish (different color of the figurines), the price is GBP 24.99 www.ebay.com/
Giuseppe Armani Florence Capodimonte Owl Mother Baby On Stump Figurine Signed sold for GBP 29.50 www.ebay.co.uk/
