She is lovely. You are asking about the issue date and it is strange that it is so difficult to find.
- The date of issue is printed on her back. You will have to undo the back of her dress and look on her back below the neckline. There will be the issue date and Thomas Kinkade. Some may have the artist name - Saudha Poriliott .
- I checked several listings on eBay and most of them have very little in the way of true information about this doll.
- This is one of the only listings that I could find the issue date actually stated - 2000. But I did not really look at all the listings on eBay (too many listings).

- The COA is a big disappointment as it does not appear to have the issue date or the number produced.
- COA has very vague information; does not give the artist name, date of issue, or total number made. Information on this COA is almost useless for this doll (original cost $199.00).
- This does appear to be the first edition doll in this series.
