You do not say where you live (US or?) so it will be difficult to help with your problem as this is not a machine that is traditionally sold in the US. Unless you are in China, the company will most likely not respond to any questions.
Here is a link to the maintenance manual (in English) that has all the codes listed and how/what to do to correct the problem.
The code Eb is shown as System over-voltage and instructions to correct it are close to the bottom of the page.

If you do not understand what to do you should try to contact a local machine service shop that works on the Jack machines.
